The Steamy Buddha Yoga Studio is presenting a “Yin Chakra Sound Bath” on Sat., Dec. 7 from 4:30-6:30 pm. Yin yoga instructor Rupi Ghuman and sound healing guide Eileen Mielenhausen will create a deep space for your exploration of the seven main chakras at the studio at 50 Church St., Ellsworth.
Focus on your breath and feel your energy flow with drums, rattles, shells and seed pods as you explore yin asanas and mantra. Experience sound and vibrational healing from a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, as you hold spirit- and body-opening poses in resting postures. Find deep resonance as the poses, sounds and vibrations cleanse, heal, and nourish you.
