Portland-based musician and sacred sound facilitator Todd Glacy is returning to Ellsworth this weekend! Please join Todd, Nicole Heath and me (Eileen Mielenhausen) for a lovely kirtan followed by a 15-20 minute gong meditation on Sunday, February 7 from 4:30-6 pm at Idylwild Yoga, 406 State St., Suite 2, Ellsworth. Suggested donation is $10 (minimum).
