Then, Nicole will lead the participants in Yoga Nidra, a very relaxing and profound experience connecting us with our Inner Self. Todd will follow the Yoga Nidra with his amazing Gong Journey. We will complete the afternoon with a sharing circle to integrate our experience.
In our experience, this is an amazingly profound class that may offer answers to questions you may be carrying in your life. Your answers come from within, and this class guides you to that Inner place of deep Wisdom. In the very least, you will experience a very relaxing and nourishing class.
All props are provided, including mats. It is advised that you wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, preferably in layers. Bring water in a covered container, and a favorite blanket. A scarf, or light material, can be used over your eyes during the Yoga Nidra and Gong Journey portion.
Registration is required for this class. Class fee is $40, to be paid upon registration to hold your spot. You can contact Kalyani Nicole Heath at idylwildyoga@icloud.com or 207-266-9297 to reserve your spot, or with any questions.
